Terms of Service
The ground rules for using our website and laboratory services.
1. Bookings & appointments
Bookings made on this website are requests confirmed on payment (or on arrival for pay-at-lab). Please arrive at your chosen branch within your scheduled window; samples may be collected late for delayed arrivals.
2. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. Prices displayed include sample collection at the laboratory. Home collection may attract a separate service fee communicated before your appointment.
3. Results
Results are released to your account once verified by our scientists. Turnaround times are estimates and may change for specialised investigations. Always discuss your results with a qualified medical practitioner — laboratory results alone are not a diagnosis.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an unpaid booking anytime. For paid bookings not yet collected, contact us for a reschedule or refund (minus any transaction charges). Samples already processed cannot be refunded.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or book using false information. We may suspend accounts that abuse our services.
