When you create an account or book a test, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking details. Laboratory results and related clinical information are collected only for the purpose of your care.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used to schedule appointments, process payments (via Paystack), release results to your secure account and contact you about your bookings. We do not sell your data.
3. Confidentiality of results
Laboratory results are confidential medical records. They are accessible only to you and the licensed laboratory staff responsible for your tests. We may share results with a referring physician at your request.
4. Data security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. Payment details are processed by Paystack — we never store your card information.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Admin@samfomamedlab.com.ng or calling +234 806 283 0486.
